Duke. Have you heard anything about your asseesment day yet? It was a few weeks ago now that you did your phone interview wasn't it?

Passed the phone interview and now awaiting a date for the assessment day.

I have completed two telephone interviews successfully and have now been invited to a group interview on 4th June. Does anyone know if VM train their tech's before sending them out into the field alone or with someone for a few days to acclimatise themselves to the role as Tech so they get to know the systems and readings etc that they will encounter in the course of the job.

Virgin media will provide full training as a starter. You will not be alone on your first day or even the first few weeks.
