Re: GU10 energy saving bulbs
There are a few on e bay, I use a combination of the 2. The LED GU 10 is useless, unless you go for at least a 60 LED bulb, (3w) about £6.00 each.
The 11w instant cool white energy saver is a nice light, (not spotlight effect, quite a broad beam) at about £4.00.
LED is the future, but they do have problems. Of the 30 LED`s myself & my friend bought, 9 have failed. These are the "Lustrumlight" bulbs.
None of my energy savers have given any problems.
I suspect LED`s will become cheaper as more people switch to them, however, the cost is probably more than the cost of the juice you would save.
