I'm smoke free and have been for some years. My life's turned to **** over the last few months, this thread and the support that everybody's giving each other is one of the things that's actually helped me not to go back to the evil weed (despite feeling like it on a number of occasions). If I can stay off of it then so can you, so can anybody
