Poltergeist!
I was making the evening meal for me and my partner. I was standing by the cupboard with the crocks in . There was an almighty crash and two bowles hurled themselves out from the NEXT cupboard onto the floor and smashed.
I ran and needed a cuddle from my partner before going back. There's no way that those bowls could have done that. Is my kitchen possessed?

Easy to blame the unexpected or unexplained on the supernatural. Do you honestly believe a ghost would make bowls fall out the cupboard!? Don't you think that if a ghost wanted you to be scared it would do something scary? I think you need to take a logical approach to this one, not a presumptuous one!

Why not? If I was in a position to be frightened something like that would frighten me. A ghost would know that.
You don't need the full-on march of ghouls through the kitchen to be frightened
