That is certainly different from the more run of the mill Spiderman tattoos. 
I have a friend who is a Tattoo artist and I am always fascinated by the artwork he produces. One of the things that I wonder about when I see some of the more extreme designs he does on his clients is how that tattoo will look on a saggy old body. I think this one is destined to raise a few eyebrows in the old folks home.

Possibly but probably not. I have seen some really realistic looking tat's that if seen in a pic I would say the same. There are some extremely gifted tattooists out there, sadly none of them have worked on me.

I have no reason to think the photo is anything but genuine. Some of the Tattoos I have seen have been unbelievable.
Personally I'm tooooooo much of a wimp to have any done no matter how artistic.
