Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
Well......
Just seen the advert with Felicity Kendall for Actimel.
She does look rather strange.
I think the knife and a bit of brass may of come into play there.
Each to their own and all that!
My question is...............
would you do it?
(not typing about necessary procedures here)
Boob enlargment/uplift, man boob reduction, face lift, tummy tuck, a bit of lipo, penial extention, would you dare?
As the OP I better express my opinion, so.......not yet as I am very comfortable with myself, but who knows in the future???
I am not vain at all, and love being my age and all the good times that age and experience bring, but who knows.
Personally I would rather spend my money on other things!
Oh, and I don't like pain!

Re: Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
I think a bit of discreet repair work is fine. I'm not sure I'd want to do it myself but then I'm a bloke and we all know we're god's gift..
The thing that gets me laughing are these bolt-on breasts that seem so popular these days. I just cannot bring myself to find them even vaguely erotic.

Re: Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
Would I do it? I don't know, possibly.
I personally don't have any objection to it. Quite the opposite in fact. I believe that if someone has the money and they wish to have surgery, they should be allowed to. With the proviso that if they have a *lot* of surgery, they should seek counselling, as if they feel the need to change their appearance that much (or often), there may be some deep seated psychological problem that leads them to believe they are ugly. If the problem is psychological, no amount of surgery will make them feel attractive.
The thing that would give me pause to think is going under a general. No matter how slight, there is always a risk to your life when you do this.

Well a lot of women have asked that I get a certain part of me reduced... apparently it's not that pleasant for them when it's too big...

Re: Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
Well, due to a stupid amount of breakages, I've had two operations on my nose - the first was just to straighten it, but didn't work, so I had a full rhinoplasty which replaced my septum when I was 16 or 17.
Still didn't work, cos I have a distinct dent in the middle of my nose, and it is stupidly squashy... Still, in answer to the question, yes I would have cosmetic surgery, but only if I definitely needed it

Least it draws attention away from the rest of your face

Which, in fairness, can only be a good thing

Re: Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
I would only consider CS if I was looking to change gender or for reconstructive purposes after an accident etc. Things you can't change yourself with a bit of effort and hard work.
If its purely for vanity I don't have anything personally against other people doing it, I just think they're mad .

You should really think long and hard about such a procedure.... you don't want to go off half-cocked.

Re: Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
No I wouldn't - simple reason, why should I care what people think about me? I really don;t care and I think getting "work" done, is very shallow indeed..

Re: Cosmetic Surgery, would you do it?
I'd like to get rid of hair from where I don't want it and added to where I need it. Apart from that I'm in fairly good shape.
