Sicknote question
If i have handed my sicknote into my work for swine flu which covers me for 2 weeks but my works are still contacted me asking me to come back early.
Have I got grounds for a complaint?

Legally if you have a sick note you need a doctors "Fit for Work" note to return. Otherwise your work may not pay you for the work you did if you return early.

Also - you could just say that you don't feel well enough to return to work

I agree with haydn, if you have been signed off for 2 weeks then you should be off work until the last day unless your signed back on as fit to work. also it depends on the type of liability insurance your company has as to whether your\your company is covered or not.

if it's a doctors note - then your work has no right to demand you back at work. Then complain.
