Ebay is fun
Quote:
"I am not happy, I received your item yesterday. You state postage is
FREE yet it has cost £2.61 to post the item. I paid £4.99 for this game
and beleived it would be freepost. Clearly that is not the case and the
game should have only cost me £2.39. You have charged the posage in the
game price. If I do not get a £2.61 refund I will be complaining to ebay
and leaving negative feedback so everyone knows that you are ripping
people off."

It gets better:
Buyer - "paypal have said I need to send this item back to you for a full
refund which I will do tomorrow using freepost service and i want a full
refund not £2.39 you are not ripping me off for postage"
Seller - "thank you for letting me know. I will of course give a full refund
as you are obviously not happy. However may I enquire how you will be
sending the item back 'freepost'- Kind regards TNM"
Buyer "are you taking the p@~$ out of me or somthing - I am going to write
FREEPOST in big letters on the front like you do whenever you are supposed
to send items freepost like you should have done you idiot. you have all
your items listed with freepost and yet you are charging your customers in
your items - do not email me again you scamming scumbag"

Re: Ebay is fun
How much did you specify as postage and how much was the final auction price (link if possible)

Re: Ebay is fun
I had the same problem with something I sold last year. I'd like to know the outcome of this one.
