How do you make it? Just fry it & stir it up with a bit of Reggae Reggae sauce?

You take it outht e box and put it on a baking tray for 20 minutes its smashing , its nice with peas as well gives u something to dip your chip sandwiches in get ya chip butty rub some sauce on off the meat then dip in the pea juices then eat if you buy big thick bread you can shove chicken in as well otherwise i get a danish loaf and the bread rips and goes all over but that a story another story

So, as you 'take it out of the box' you don't cook it yourself then. Is it from a well known supermarket or just the local takeaway?
