HR job?
Hi,
I am looking for a career change as I am getting really hacked off with my current job,I work in a call centre and the amount of complete ******* imbeciles that phone up and complain about absolutely nothing ( I was threatened today with being taken to court by someone whose lawnmower doesn't work, She quoted the dsr and just B****** for about 30 mins. I kept telling her that I work for a Locksmith and she had the wrong number but she wouldn't listen and we can't hang up!!!!!) and was looking to get into HR but need to know what qualifications I will need.
I have done a search on google but I can't find what qualifications I will need.
Can anyone help?
