Hornet car alarm problem

Hi all,

Pain of a problem to be solved. My 17 year old son bought a Pug 106 which has had some mod's done on it.
On of them is that it has been delocked all round so no locks on either door or the boot.

The alarm is meant to unlock the door's when pressd but it has NOW just stopped working.
Alarm won't beep try or do anything. Makers website no help at all .

He has a Hornet 477T alarm with remote starter. the display says the car is unlocked but this is not the case and the alarm display does not change. I've tried replacing the battery and following the guide for re-syncing it but still no luck.

Anyone out there that could shed some light on how to solve this or HOW to get into the car with out door locks.

Thanks in advance
