20 Year Old Starting College

My nephew went to college straight from school to do an A level course and then dropped out. He started in September 2005 and dropped out before June 2006.

He would like to return to college to complete a two year A level course. If he were to start in September he would be 20 years old, will he have to pay for the course?

Any information on what would be best to do is greatly apprecieted.

Thank You

It depends on your LEA. If he hasn't completed an A level course and he is now going to do it full time, they might agree to pay the fees. You will have to ask the college itself to be certain though.
