Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
This is why I like Red Lobster in the US -
Ultimate Feast®
A tender split Maine lobster tail, steamed snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi and Walt’s Favorite Shrimp.
with: Your choice of fresh broccoli, home-style mashed potatoes, wild rice pilaf, baked potato or fries seasoned with sea salt.
$24
Except, certain times of year the shrimp is endless and the feast also comes with Rock Lobster tail, oven roasted and fluffed.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
doh - I just discovered my camera has a date & time battery, which has expired, I wondered why it kept wanting me to set the date each time I turned it on, but now I know - a new battery will be much cheaper than a new camera

A lobster fluffer begs many questions ... - no relationship to mud sharks, presumably

How does the service work? Do you have to send the stick back to get a new selection of books or do the RNIB allow you to download the books on to your stick yourself?

Once I've listened to them I send them back and they put two more books on each stick.
I pick the ones I want on their website in advance. If they don't have any waiting they just send what they think I'll like.

It seems a shame you can't just download them yourself But it seems a great service. I will have to see if I can sort something out for my friend. Do they have a good selection of books, as my friend is addicted Catherine Cookson ...( yuk yuk yuk ) type romances ?

They do have lots and lots of books... Have a look here..
http://info.rnib.org.uk/tbookcat/pages/search.asp
You should also check out this...
http://www.calibre.org.uk/
edit - the calibre one is free (the rnib one is £79 a year) - the calibre one is open to all with a sight problem AND dyslexics or those with problems holding books etc (anyone who finds it hard to read a book).

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
Just got some new Reebok classic trainers off the net (white with purple trims), saved £10 over the RRP. Ordered Monday arrived today. Now I'll have a pair that don't leak everytime it rains. First order with this company and I got a free gift (giant mug)
