My 18 month old boy and I farted at exactly the same time earlier (not that we make a habit of this!), he nearly fell off the sofa laughing! Took him five minutes to calm down.
There's nothing better than a childs laugher to bring a smile to your face

Not every flower can save love. But a rose can. Not every plant survives thirst. But a cactus can. Not every vegetable can read. But look at you having a go.

Just got the ESTA authorisation sorted out for our trip on a Caribbean cruise over Easter week -embarking from Fort Lauderdale via JFK & Miami, hence the need for the visa waiver application.
- also to say if anyone else needs to apply for this, don't be fooled by the third party sites which apply 'on your behalf' then charge a fee - do it yourself directly at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta which is free.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
Had a nice evening meal..
Not healthy at all, but I went down the local chippy, bought myself a sausage in batter and a portion of chips. Came home and put some West Indian Hot Pepper Sauce on the chips.. Spicy, but lovely. Just took a while to get feeling back in my tongue.

surprised you didn't choose a saveloy & pickled egg, glad you enjoyed it, though

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
Nearly had heart failure this morning..
I was looking up some rather expensive tickets on The Trainline.com last night. This morning, I got an email from the site saying I can pick up tickets at my local station. My first thought was "Oh my God, did I order them?". I would certainly hope not, they were nearly £400..
Thankfully, it was just an announcement that I can now pick up any tickets I order from the site at my local station..
Phew.

I actually felt like Sausage in batter. I wasn't looking for anything particularly spicy, but I found the pepper sauce in the cupboard, when I was looking for the ketchup. I'd forgotten we had it.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
Just managed to pick up two last minute tickets for Frankie Boyles show tonight at the Glasgow Comedy Festival. Will make up for not getting any for Jerry Sadowitz seeing Frankie tends to 'borrow' his jokes.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 3
I had a really good day yesterday. Much more productive than I thought possible at this stage to be honest. More news on that when things have been confirmed
