Best Mans Speech

Hi Guys I have got to give a best mans speech later this year and am after some help/input does any one have any ideas or example speechs?

Not really a lot of help, but at the last UK* wedding I went to, the Best Man had been given a pre-approved speech by the Bride. He stood up at the start of the speech, tore it up, got the groom to move his chair to the middle of the dance floor, walked over to the groom and ad libbed what is probably the funniest best man speech I have ever heard..

*The last wedding I went to was Turkish, but they don't have speeches.

There's loads on t'internet if you google. I think they lack originality though. I've heard a few same lines over the past 5 years that are quite obviously regurgitated from internet. Nothing wrong with that but I think you should try and alter it in some way to make appear at least a bit original.
