not very appetising!
watching master chef,whilst i think it is an interesting show and makes good tv,i find it gut wrenching to watch the would be chefs working in the kitchen most times without wearing hats,and imo worst of all wiping sweat and snot off with their cloth this action makes my guts heave.a lot to be said for good old fashioned home cooking.

In fairness, I doubt that most people bother with hats when cooking at home.

If you stood there and watched in the kitchen then you'd probably be seeing the chefs/trainees following full hygene procedures, but as someone washing thier hands after every handling of raw meat doesn;t make interesting TV you just won;t see it..
