Somebody Check my Maths Please
I know this is a stupidly simple thing, but it's incredibly important.
Please could someone count 65 days from 23rd December 2008, and tell me what date they get? That is to say, what's the date of the 65th day after 23rd December 2008?

Using an excel spreadsheet, I get 26th Feb 2009 (Date +65)

I'm doing a practical exam, the content for which was sent to me from Pasadena in the USA.
I have 65 days from the date it was despatched to complete the exam and send all materials back to them, with the date that I actually send the item being the date that they use for the calculation of whether I met the 65 day time scale.

Surely as he said the date it was posted is counted as the last day, it doesn't matter where in the world it is posted, as long as he posts it on or before the 26th. The package should have a postage date on it and if he gets proof of postage too, he's covered.
