Scar Remover

My GF has a scar on her hand, which happened when she burnt her hand. It's left a dark red mark/scar on her hand and she doesn't like it. Is their any good creams out their that you guys can recommend fo her to use?

Shes tried Bio oil and Scar Fade, but it didn't help her.

Is Dermatix Silicone Gel any good?

Thanks

Re: Scar Remover

Vitamin E is supposed to be one of the best natural skin/scar healers going...

Most though I know use Bio-oil which is non-greasy and has Vit A and E as well as a lot of natural oils in it..

You do know though that most products recommend that it takes 10+ weeks before any visible sign of improvement can be seen

Re: Scar Remover

The thread title is misleading, there is no treatment commonly available that will 'remove' a scar, the best that can be hoped for, normally, is an improvement in its appearance, compared to no treatment at all.

As Kymmy says, don't expect instant results, no matter what product you try ...

Re: Scar Remover

Just tell her that the slight imperfection enhances the rest of her beauty. She might get to like it.! (she might also be sick)
