Paddington to St Pancreas
Can any of our resident Londonites give me an idea how long it would take to travel by taxi from Paddington Station to St Pancreas? And if possible roughly how much?

Re: Paddington to St Pancreas
It's just under 4km's, if the traffics fine on the Marylebone/Euston roads then probably 15 minutes max...
For the fares check out THIS website

Re: Paddington to St Pancreas
Though be warned if the traffics bad then you could at very least double that time...

Err Russ it's St Pancras, a pancreas is something you need to produce insulin.

Yep, never thought of that...Hammersmith & City line and it's only 5 stops... Though if you've got a lot of luggage then the taxi although dearer is easier..

It has to be taxi, they won't pay for anything else.

Weird, inevitably taxi will be the most expensive option.

Circle line is easier access at Paddington I find.
I tend to allow 15mins for this.

Re: Paddington to St Pancreas
what time of the day you travelling russ? if its say early morning then you can count out about £20 minimum for the cab as you'll be stuck in traffic all the way from Paddington to St Pancras.

Tube tickets can be kept (just ask the guard to let you out of the manual gates)
