Anyone know any cheap/good car hire places in Blackburn/Preston other than Enterprise and Intack?

Well, almost, I've been caught out while driving a company fleet car before. The NIP goes to the fleet management company which owns the vehicle, then to the fleet manager at the company they lease it to, then the driver believed to have been in charge of the vehicle at the time ...
