hi have any of you heard of life coach i head some one today downtown talking about it they were saying it some one who helps you out

I've seen a program about them somewere am sure. They basically teach you how to be confident and how to deal with certain situations within your life.

don't go there, if you have specific problems go to see either your doctor, or citizens advice, as appropriate.
have you ever thought about joining a local group activity like Tai Chi classes, which, if run correctly will also give advice on the right things to eat to match the exercise, etc ???

Life-coaches have been around for donkeys years, except then most people just called them friends 
As long as there are people with more money than sense ready to be fleeced, life-coaches will be the first in a long line of chancers ready to "cure" you, for a price that is.
