I would like to volunteer to help out in a ham radio shop. do you know of any ham radio shops in Clydebank or Glasgow or do the RABIC or RSGB take on volunteers and have they got offices in Glasgow? OR DO RAYNET HAVE OFFICE IN GLASGOW?

Re: Ham radio jobs

The only radio store I know up that way is
http://www.scotia-radio.co.uk/acatal...eur_Radio.html

As far as Raynet try the website..if they don;t have a local group then you could always set one up yourself

Re: Ham radio jobs

The other thread is about a ham radio programme on the radio and if it can be listened to again, this thread is about volunteering for a ham radio job/group..

Re: Ham radio jobs

It's a subject that comes up now and then, but I don;t think it comes up enough to have it's own section....

Thing is though even if we did have a ham section it can cover so many aspects from lifestyle, networking, communications, science and technology

I'm sure though after this and the fact that all the hams tend to talk on other dedicated forums the threads will go back to sleep once the OP has his answer
