Not decided what we're having yet but it won't be turkey - we all hate it. I might just go all oriental this time and conjour up a Chinese feast. On the other hand we may have a whole salmon as fish is traditional Christmas fare in the Mrs Osem's part of the world.

I'm a sucker for tradition, and as we only have turkey just once a year it's quite hard not to change things. Saying that, the price of turkey this year, I might as well get fillet steak instead....
