Exclamation DVLA in trouble over SORN notices

It seems that there might be an issue with the date of SORN notices that could affect hundreds of thousands of individuals, and the agency is hiding behind "legal privilege", refusing to answer questions about its methods. At worst, it could be grossly in breach of the law. No doubt either there will be an attempted cover-up, or just a slap on the wrist for those ultimately responsible
