Call Centre Technician
Hey guys,
further to this post: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/34...-post4769.html how much does a call centre agent earn per year? The job ad doesnt give a salary figure. I was in my last job for 8 months and was paid £10,800 a year.
Over to you.

Re: Call Centre Technician
It really depends on the company and what you will be doing in said call centre.

Re: Call Centre Technician
Call centre work can vary. In my position with O2 I was earning £17,000 p/a and coming home with about £1100 - £1200 after tax, NI and various other deductions for pension and union membership.
At 3, I was on about the same and coming out with more as they didn't offer union membership and their pension plan was poor.
In my current position, I am currently earning £14,000 ( ), but coming out with just over £1,000.

Re: Call Centre Technician
Depends on the company your employed by tbh. A close firend now only gets just under 900 squid a moth after deductions for a 9 - 5:30 shift, 5 days a week, and 1 saturday morning every month.
In his previous employ, same type of job "call centre" he would rake in sometimes 1,400 a month with bonuses, ie for every extra product they conned ermm sold a customer, they got 20 quid extra bonus.
