Factoids
In a previous existence, Murray Walker - voice of BBC Motorsport - used to be an advertising copywriter. He is responsible for the slogan "Opal Fruits, made to make your mouth water."
Have you any more strange but true facts?

The name Virgin Media is a cover for NTL.
They pay Richard Branson a sum of money for the use of his brand name

There are two 8 letter words possible from the middle row of letters on a standard qwerty layout keyboard. These are :
FLAGFALL & HAGGADAH

Thought I read somewhere he also came up with "A mars a day helps you work, rest and play".
Not sure though.

Murray is often mistaken for having invented the famous slogan "A Mars a day helps you work rest and play": "[it] was something that I administered, but I never invented it. I'll tell you how it got ascribed to me. It got put into an obituary file, maybe all of my obituary files, and I can't get rid of it. It's amazing the way it sticks."[3]
