Why is it

That when 1 thing goes wrong another follows.

Example:
Yesterday afternoon the starter on my Escort decides to pack up, fair enough I thought wont take long to source and fit another 1.
Takes the wife to work today in her car and the brake light comes on and the breaks start binding almost immediately.
So I have had to gingerly drive to the autospares get new pads for the Punto, drive home and fit them. Then ring around trying to find someone who has a starter in stock (an they dont, although, the price, if they did was good!) So I end up looking for a breakers in an area I dont know to well and then wait for 20 mins while they look for one, drive home, fit starter and now I have wasted a whole days wages plus the cost of the bits for both cars.

I spose the only good thing to come out of it is that the brakes are being bedded in on the Punto whilst I'm driving around.

Re: Why is it

I'd watch out. These things are supposed to come in threes...

I haven't got enough time to type out my recent car problems

There's a place on Sutton Junction that will take your starter off and fix it then put it back on your motor, don't touch Autospares mate they are the epitomie of crap. The place in mention is behind Station motors on Sutton Junction.
