I drove through Benidorm about ten years ago whilst heading south to La Manga, and stayed over night.  It was without doubt the worst place I've ever been, cafe's everwhere selling English fry-ups, people in the streets throwing up, fighting and openly having sex all of this to the incessant background thumping of awful loud music.
What was once a small fishing village forty years ago, has now turned into a nightmare, I'd rather spend a fortnight self catering in Baghdad.

Thanks Tinky,
I was there 2001 on a round the world trip.
Unfortunately I was not as into photography then as I am now, maybe it was that trip that got me into seeing good landscapes and wanting to photograph them,
they are not best pictures or quality, as they are scanned pics from my APS camera then.
but I have a lot more I just need to upload them somewhere, I might at some point this weekend put them into picasa
