So I'm not surprised to find out Churchill has been playing fast and loose with the facts in this case.
I don't imagine we've seen the end of that annoying nodding dog though; all they have to do is edit out the line about form-filling. Assuming, of course, they were ever planning to use that ad again anyway. The problem with the ASA process is it is often so slow that the ruling after the fact is too little, too late.
