You know your're an amateur photographer when...
You're in hospital, it's 3.00am, there's an i/v drip in your left hand and a catheter somewhere else but you still see a photo opportunity and of course you have your camera with you.

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts. It was a subtle case of gallstones that caused me to be hospitalised, I have to go back in to have the gallbladder removed.
