You miss my point. I am merely providing a public servies in highlighting this to others so that they do not get fined.
I'm sure there are plenty of families who can ill afford it whilst, on the other hand, the council have money to burn and squander on its pet projects.

Its not only the fixed cameras you have to worry about. I thought buses have cameras to catch out bus lane drivers too?

There may be some ambiguity... the TSRGD regs stipulate exactly how signage should be set out.

Of course footballers and their ilk can hire hot shot lawyers to fight their case,even if they are doing something as serious as drink driving or some outrageous speed.
Joe public doesnt have that luxury and so they just haplessly pay up for an ALLEGED contravention which may or not be enforceable.
