hullo im new

found this site by googling a installation subcontactors

just wondering if anybody has any info on installer jobs in norfolk/ suffolk area?
im sky accredited for what its worth (avc)
and did a couple of months at christmass time but was laid off when we had nowt to do but its loads better than what im doing now (ford main dealer) so want to get at it again asap

any info much appreciated

most installs are done by contract partners,the ones i knew were kellys,McNicholas and M.A.P electrics.you could try looking up their websites,but i know MAP are off-hiring vans at an alarming rate at the moment there was an advert on VM's website not long ago for 400 technicians countrywide,but again youd have to see if any were in your area

Nope it's not setup to moan about Virgin Media. It's setup to help support VM customers. As such many staff members do visit, and thus if someone is seeking employment with VM or a contractor organisation, it's quite reasonable of them to visit here for advice.

As we also do offer some guidance on other ISPs, digitial TV and related services, the same might well apply for people seeking employment in those related fields.

i believe map are on 30 days notice and staff have to re-aply for there jobs ,no ones spending at the moment due to the credit crunch so not so mqany staff needed
