Generally the cause is made public, when it's not then it appears rather strange. I don't see what's so wrong in saying the cause, it's much better than speculating for one and it is better than saying 'He just 'died'. I don't recall anyone dying in the past without the cause being made public.
Anyway, it is very sad news indeed.

R.I.P. Clive. He's a great guy, met him a few years back in the days when I was in primary school. From what I saw of him in Emmerdale, he's a great actor. I assume he will be sadly missed by many people.

This is where i struggle, i totally agree with that statement if you know the person. But we seem to live in a society where if a person is famous then we should know every tit bit about them and that i dont agree with that.

Not to sound disrespectful but it will be good to see how the producers deal with this. I hope they dedicate episodes to him, or do a character funeral like Eastenders did. After 28 years you can not replace him.

I dont watch it but apparently he hasnt worked since January so dont know what the position is with the character. But totally agree they ought to make a tribute to the character and thus the actor
