I like the way the blue bannisters / pipework stand out. Unfortunately the piece of discarded whatever in the alcove spoils the impact of the straight edges elsewhere IMO...

Is that the technique of 'light painting' where you leave your camera on a long exposure and walk around with a torch (or 'paint' rude words in the air, depending on your level of alcohol  ) ?

It was on long exposure. Although the light was not meant to be there. Someone walked in front of the camera with a torch

Why does the person with the torch not show?
My local Library has a staircase like that, with a high roof, if you walk down it and look up it makes you feels dizzy. Try it
