Help! Cooking woes!

Hiya!
Anyone want to help point me in the right direction? Im thinking of doing a cooking course with my friend, then we thought it would be a nice idea to maybe make a holiday out of it! (Cheeky we know!)
So if anyone knows of any sites or addresses i could look up that would be a great help to me! Im going to go have a gander on the net now and see what comes up!
Thank you!

You might want to ask Zinge. He snacks about 5 times in between 3 meals a day.
