We are off to a friend's house for his version of a 'fish supper' - last time there was a baked salmon fillet & cream cheese layer thing, a paella with scallops, prawns & mussels, baked whole sea bass done in a foil parcel with fennel, pan fried fresh tuna & a fish pie with smoked haddock, more prawns & chunks of salmon - and that's what I can remember, I'm sure there was more ....
