Re: Antica raspberry sambuca
I think it's an Italian liqueur. It tastes of aniseed with a strong hint of raspberry, and is nice with lemonade - Weatherspoons do a spritzer. Very nice Plain sambuca can be drunk neat, as shots - I find it a bit strong though.

Re: Antica raspberry sambuca
Just roll your own with a bottle of Ricard and some fresh squished ripe raspberries. You'd probably want to add a fair bit of sugar to bring out the flavour of the fruit.
Caveat: I've never done this with anisette based drinks so who knows what you'll end up with
If you want to do it properly you need to mix the stuff together, then leave it for a day, turn the bottle up and back down, do the same every day for about 3 weeks, then every week for about another 8 weeks.
If you can't wait that long I suppose you could just add raspberry cordial to Ricard.

Re: Antica raspberry sambuca
You can get it online here.
Just search for Antica.
This is another good drinks site, they don't do Antica but do have other flavoured Sambucas...

Re: Antica raspberry sambuca
Knowing my luck, cookie, I'd probably end up with paint stripper
Have you used them, Cobby, or did you just do a bit of Googling?
