Just pop it in the microwave for a few minutes, but keep an eye on it closely so it doesn't burn...

You can get plain salted popcorn in the Snack A jacks range. It's only half a point per pack according to Weight Watchers so it must be low in calories and in saturated fats.

Forget popcorn, I've just had 3 slices of left over pizza, topped with pepperoni, veggies and donner meat, finest creamy coleslaw with some smoked cheese mixed in, and a slice of chocolate cake mmmmmmmmmmmmm

So far zing, and I know it is only 2 days, the diet's going very well, may try Coggy's suggestion that follows.

Thanks for the reminder Coggy, I used to buy these Snack a Jack biscuit type thingies (cheese) flavour and put tomato on top, fills a hole. (Thinks) Must get out my old Weight Watchers books.
Anyone else on a diet?

Not on a diet as such, but I find that if I am feeling hungry (between meals) and need to control what I eat, a glass of water helps temporarily. Apparently if you aren't genuinely starving, then your brain can be fooled by the water into thinking you've eaten something.

Might just be that much of the time we feel hunger, we're actually thirsty
