Or those who <shudder> split the sausage then grill it, so it has that rough texture. Oh the horror of it all.

People in sandwich shops that ask what you want and then give you something else. ie. Ask if I want salad then give me bloody tomato when I specifically stated all salad with no tomato.
They ought to be shot for such crimes.

Right on brother!
I do feel your pain.
I dislike slices of tomato with a vengence - I hate the feel of it, and I think it taints any sandwich it comes in contact with - I lose track of the number of times I explictly say 'No Tomato' only to find they've stuck it in there. It's at the point now where I don't ask for salad in my sandwiches any more because it's safer.
It's also really hard to get ready made sandwiches in packs that don't have tomato - I reckon there's a market for a range of sandwiches that don't have tomato in them.
BLTs with no T, that kind of thing

Cooked tomatoes are apparently better for you than uncooked, in terms of how much good stuff the human body can get from them.

The cooking process apparently increases the bio-availability of an anti-oxidant called lycopene, naturally present in tomatoes - raw tomatoes still contain lycopene (it contributes to the red colour), but the body can apparently absorb more of it if the tomatoes are cooked.
I used to hate raw tomatoes, and would only eat cooked, but while I agree they make sandwiches too soggy, I don't mind them so much, now.

But don't raw tomatoes contain other things that are good for us?

Well cooking reduces vitamin C, for example, but as we can get Vitamin C from other sources & tomatoes are usually the biggest source of lycopene in the diet
http://www.lycopene.org/
it could be argued that, in this case, cooked is indeed 'better for you', than raw, as several studies have concluded that the anti-oxidant properties of lycopene are beneficial to health

Re: Moans and Pet Hates Part 5.
Just changed all 7 of my printer cartridges.
1 of the new ones is 'not recognised', 1 of them reads as 'empty'.
The one that shows at 'empty' just leaked all over my hands. I now have yellow hands and can't get the damn stuff off. I've tried white spirits and the ink just won't shift.
The other ones started to mess me about as well, so I've just had to order a complete set of new cartridges
