Really? I think I'll stick to eating sweetcorn.Tastes nice,loads of fibre and it's lowish in calories plus it's low in WW points.

I'm not sure if we still have our (hot air) popcorn machine, but the maize kernels used for 'popping corn' do qualify as whole grain - adding anything else is a matter of taste...a little salted butter shaken with freshly made popcorn in a paper bag is my favourite
Lo-Salt is not suitable for people with kidney problems, although I'd assume anyone affected would already be aware...

Yep, you are right. It is, however, remarkably low in everything else bad (apart from Salt), and can be very filling.

Thought I would replace a couple of bits of gear with a laptop loaded with VST instruments but unfortunately cheap, nasty house PA picked up loads of horrible noises from the CPU. That's the end of that idea then.

Yes that's when it got dumped back in the bag but I did have my other outboard gear just in case, had a feeling that things would go pear shaped.
