Re: Moans and Pet Hates Part 5.
My moan... sainsburys. Get up early as have a lot to do today, and decide to go and get some breakfast, so head off to sainsbury's fill up my basket (at which point am getting quite hungry) to get to the checkout to be told oh no we dont open until 10:00.
Whats the point of openning the doors an hour earlier than they acutally open?

In fairness to Sainsbury's, they are not allowed to sell until ten (Sunday trading laws ban chain shops from selling until 10). They are allowed to open earlier for browsers. does seem silly though.

I didn't wash it on purpose.
My camera has been declared officially dead. It was only a Nikon coolpix but I really liked it so I'm going to see if I can pick up another.

I think it's mainly geared for people who do a big shop on Sundays - we often go to Asda first thing on a Sunday, before they are 'officially' open, and get all of our shopping together, and can be ready to start unloading when the tills open at 10.30

You are not alone zing and handyman. I started a new diet today, before I pile back on, all that I lost before Christmas. I always need to get rid of all the temptations in the house first, i.e. biscuits, cheese, chocolates etc., before I can knuckle down. Would like to lose 2 stones, preferably before July. Anyone know of any fat-burning foods?

Thanks for that zing, but you have mentioned one of the two foods that I just cannot stomach, that and melons yuk! Vegetables are no problem, but I have to make myself eat fruit. What tips do you have for food that makes you feel full, but is low in cals? Are you still going to the gym?

AFAIK, Popcorn cooked in salt (instead of Oil or Fat) has almost no calories, tastes nice (if you happen to like salted popcorn) and, so I am told, is high in fibre.
