People who don't read on-screen instructions, or emails.
Just had a query from a user asking for their password to Microsoft's "Ultimate Steal" website (for those who don't know, Ultimate Steal is a site where, for the time being, students can buy and download Office 2007 cheaply).
Now: there are a couple of slight problems with this. Namely that I have NO access to that site, and that the email the student enclosed gives clear instructions on what to do if you have lost your password.

Use Parcel2go. In most places in the UK they use DHL as the carrier and it will be way cheaper.
