So after virgin coming out to look at my v+ yesterday which has started going wrong again They couldn't fix it but apparently it is in hand
Well it turns out that my v box downstairs now doesn't work properly having lost well over half the channels.
Customer services were less than helpful and have told me they passed the problem over to be sorted within 48 hours.
What really irritates me, however, is the attitude I get when phoning up
