Reminds me of a recent one we had at work. As a software supplier, although a platform is (in some cases) mandated the hardware support contracts are always directly between the hardware vendor and our customer.
While trouble shooting a problem we noticed that the temperature alarms were raised (reporting temperatures of approach 80 celsius) and the thermal cutoffs on the battery backups had kicked in.
Customer duly called the hardware company to complain - engineer turns up and inspects the box. Suggests they install and activate the fan unit supplied with the kit...

Oh dear! Nice story but unfortunately my PC has 8 fans in so that won't help!  There's just no cool air in this room!

 Up yours to the guy who overtook and cut me off me on the ASDA roundabout because I had the temerity to allow someone access through the traffic jam of people waiting to get cheap ASDA petrol and abused me when I gave him a look of disgust for such blatant dangerous behaviour. 
I hope that the two pence per gallon that you saved gets spent on something that chokes you.
