My old handset is already unlocked (always has been bought if from the CPW) and that’s going to my kid bro as soon as I have this sorted.
When my mums house got broke into recently his mobile was stolen so I've promised him my old handset
I've had my number for over 5 years and dont want to loose it

Feeling less than charitable towards my daughter in her much younger years when she stuck all her stickers given to her by the dentist and doctor on her bedroom door as I currently try to remove every vestige from the paint surface.
Sigh! I thought stripping wallpaper was tedious.

Try solvents - meths, turps or nail varnish remover. One of these usually loosens the gumming agent.
