It has not been a good weekend 
Mum's place got broken into on Friday night while her and the kids were asleep. Money mobile phones and a few other things were taken. No one was hurt as everyone slept through it. The cops were surprised how they got round the back of the house, as there are two sets of very high gates and a wall.
Considering where she lives we will more than likely find out who was sooner or later as the local kids like to brag about things they have done. They may hope I don’t find out who they are 
I'm a little annoyed at myself as I was going to stay over on Friday night to look after my kid sister so my mum could go out. I would have been asleep in the living room and would have got them.
To top it all of I have the throat infection from hell and ended up going to see the out of hours doctor yesterday to be told there was nothing wrong with me. Where did he get his med degree from google

I must admit the urge to post in them is almost irresistible. I have got as far as typing a comment but I have, so far, been able to pull back from the brink and 'delete' rather than 'submit'. 
The trouble with the contents of the religious threads is that they bring out devil in me to stir up the arguments.

New kitchen is a nightmare. They fitted the units today I come home from the gym to find my pc had rebooted. It is set to return to state so it is obvious to me that the electrics had tripped. I spoke to the workmen and one said well we went through.... then stopped dead. They refused to admit anything and said it had not tripped at all. After they went I tested the mains the trip was off as it was when I got home. Flicked it to on and nothing tested the sockets and nothing. When I believe happened is the unit fitters drilled through the new mains ring and the electric tripped . Instead of fessing up they just left it and continued with the work. Tomoorow they are meant to be tiling but I can not let them do that because I have this gut feeling some of the units will be ripped out and electrics redone somewhere. To say the air around me is blue is an understatement
