Podcast suggestions?

Admittedly a very lazy request on my part.

I was wondering if anyone would care to recommend their favourite podcasts?
Sounds mad, but I like to listen to talksport at night but it's driving me up the wall lately because the bang/clunks transmitted from when the desk the presenters broadcast from is kicked or banged is really uncomfortable with headphones at night! Either the mic is too sensitive or it's not dampened I don't know, but it's damned annoying. Told you it sounded mad.
Anyway, I prefer the chat to music so was wondering if anyone could recommend anything similar. Lectures, seminars even. I saw some here that look good for example.

I don't do the whole iTunes thing - haven't got an iPod but I'll work something out if they're iTunes specific or whatever - I think most are in MP3 format anyway.

AFAIK, pretty much all podcasts are in MP3 format. iTunes just provides a large ready made list of them, and makes it easy to subscribe to them.

My favourites? Nearly all BBC..

Brilliant thanks. Got about 5 hours of listening just there.

I'll try Brand because I'm curious to see if he's as annoying as he is on TV and I love Ross's show. Now Show not available 'til March it seems.
Got The News Quiz - I'm a big fan of Jeremy Hardy - which reminded me of Graeme Garden and "I'm sorry, I haven't a clue" which is absolute genius, but unfortunately no podcasts, similarly for Just A Minute. Oh well - can't have everything.
I might have a trawl about the newsgroups and see if I can't find something.
