New form of hoodie, i saw someone wearing one of these things for the first time yesterday and my first thought was that crime is very likely to go up and solved crime to go down.
Then i thought it must be an indicator of Chav status this hoody signifying - Right Chav lol

They look stupid. No doubt no self respecting street urchin would wear one. It would ruin his/her street cred. Having said that, if ladies of certain cultures can wear full face garments ,then why cant all of us? I recommend that we all buy hoodies and upgrade to full face hoodies if they catch on.

I've seen a few 'youths' wearing these around glasgow lately. Lucky none of them have been brave enough to put the hood up. They look daft.

If they do start being used in the commision of crimes, there's a simple solution: paintball sniper rifle loaded with permanent dye rounds. 
They'd soon go out of fashion then.
