Hi i've asked this in another forum but got no repsonse. I know this is not NTL related but you guys are usually so helpful!!!!
I have a friend in Poland who i text from the uk and she recieves my texts. When she tries to text me she gets an error or they just don't turn up. If she texts other friends in the uk then they arrive fine. I can text my brother in Taiwan and he can return a text so all is fine with my international status.
So can anyone help. She is with Play (Polish network apparently) and like i say, can text all my other/and her other friends...just not me...
Make sure your friend is using the correct international dialling code +44 (0044). How long has this issue presented itself? Has it happened before at all?
Sounds like it may be something on her end but I would suggest contacting your own mobile company first and reporting it just to be sure.
I do a lot of International texting myself and used to have problems texting my mate in Finland it turned it it was something to do with her network but it's sorted now

Yeah it could be a problem with the senders network. I can't say exactly what though. The OP can send her SMS then the OP's network does have a roaming agreement with the network the recipient is on, so there should be no problem in sending replies. As I work for a mobile network I am trying to rle out all the basic stuff first.
