For anyone who DIDN'T stop smoking at New Year

I am not a smoker but I have many friends who do, one of them sent me this link ...
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/914475...ng_watch_this/

The experiment uses 400 cigs so about a month for most smokers I would imagine...

If you are a smoker I suggest watching right until the end!

Horrendous!!! Thank God I was able to give up; 10 years stopped, on the 8th January 1998.

Mmmmm, now show me a video where it shows your liver if you drink 4 pints of beer a week. It's ok saying to smokers watch this, what about the drinkers? Also show me a video of a work related illness like empysemia, mesothelioma, skin probelms due to work. Instead of hitting the smokers lets see what working for a living and drinking does to you.

My boss said to me the other week while I was having a ciggie, them things will kill you, I said to him so will this place but there's no warning on the gates when you drive through them.

I love the justification "other things will kill you, so why not continue with this one".

Without wanting to get into a whole debate about it, if people want to smoke that's up to them, snide comments, lectures on the obvious health effects, whinging non and ex-smokers and laws dictating where they can smoke will not stop them, it's a personal choice to quit smoking and nobody elses business when or if that choice is made.
